The free online portal also protects the data against ransomware and similar threats.   A secure automatic cloud backup stored chronologically by history ensures no loss of your client’s data, this can be restored by SIMCO at any time.


The employees will also have the ability to log in to their own personal online portal.  This self-service portal allows employees to submit holiday requests, log leave, and amend their personal details such as their phone number and address.  Any changes to employee details must be approved by your client.  Once approved, the changes will sync back to the payroll software at the bureaus desktop, and also update with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) on the next Real Time Information (RTI) submission. 

The cloud portal offers additional impressive and innovative features for your clients.  The portal acts like an in-house Human Resources (HR) system, staying ahead of the curve.  SIMCO can also apply your branding, so when your clients access the login, your logo and contact details are present, ensuring enhancement with your client relationship.  Every time your client uses their portal login, your logo and name attached, they will associate it with convenience and quality, increasing their loyalty to you.

Your clients have twenty-four-seven access to the employees’ payslips and other payroll reports.  This will remove the risk of confusion as clients no longer need to ask for payroll reports or missing payslips.  Clients also have access to the employee's leave calendar, which is automatically synchronised back to the provider's desktop, eliminating the need for them to send annual leave reports, this will ultimately promote and enhance strong working relationships while eliminating manual process for you both you and your client, all GDRP compliant.  The could software is extremely easy to use and set up.  There is no software to download to payroll data to input, everything is automatically available for you and your clients.  Senior employees or managers can be provided with different levels of access to approve holiday leave, change employee details, and access reports for their accounting process, you can also access these reports, making it must easier for you, should you produce their accounts also, you have good quality data to work with. 

Each of your clients will have the feature of a build-in HR Portal also allowing them the use of an HR Solution, HR documents, can be uploaded, including employee handbooks and contracts, disciplinary documents, company newsletters, training material, and more.  These features will automate a streamline many of the day-to-day HR functions that your client deals with.  Your client will have full visibility of how much leave an employee has taken, the number of days of annual leave remaining, and how frequently they take sick leave. 

 

The company-wide calendar allows your clients to authorise annual leave requests and view the company-wide calendars allowing them to plan their staffing resources and plan ahead.  Any payroll reports that have been processed are immediately updated on the cloud, allowing your clients the ability to view up-to-date payroll reports online anytime.  Your client will be able to see their monthly HMRC liabilities due and print off from the cloud.

Employees can access their own personal online pay portal which is a security password protected.  Here employees can view and retrieve their historical payslips and other payroll documents such as p60, p45, p11d, as well as auto-enrolment communications and Auto-Re-Enrolment.  All documents are exported a PDF format to the portal, ensuring employees have the option to download their payslip or pension details from the cloud. 

 

Payslips are automatically added to the employee's self-service portal each pay period.  This eliminates the need to print or email payslips to employees, again are all securely passworded and compliant with GDPR.  Should an employee be applying to say for a mortgage or loan, all data can be downloaded from their portal via smartphone or desktop computer?   The employee App can be downloaded once their first payslip is received a link is provided.  Through the app features, you can provide the employee with access to GDPR compliant self-service tools, a payslip library, and a user-friendly holiday leave management facility.
